The invention discloses a forming method of a sagger for a lithium battery positive electrode material, which comprises the following steps: A, adding raw materials into a stirrer for stirring to obtain sagger processing raw materials; b, performing low-temperature drying on the sagger processing raw materials, and adding the sagger processing raw materials into a mold for pre-pressing molding; c, the blank obtained after prepressing forming is air-dried and then taken out; d, the taken-out blank is added into a forming mold and covered with a sealing cover, and then the interior of the forming mold is vacuumized and subjected to pressure forming; and E, the saggar obtained after pressure forming is subjected to low-temperature drying again, and the saggar for the lithium battery positive electrode material is obtained.The forming method is easy to operate, the saggar blank high in density and good in pressure resistance can be improved, and the subsequent saggar machining quality is further improved.
