Preparation method of high-temperature-resistant hydrophobic SiO2 aerogel heat-insulation composite material
The invention provides a preparation method of a high-temperature-resistant hydrophobic SiO2 aerogel heat-insulation composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, pretreatment: putting the SiO2 aerogel heat-insulation composite material into a muffle furnace for pretreatment; 2, hydrophobic modification: placing the pretreated SiO2 aerogel heat-insulation composite material and a hydrophobic modifier in a sealed bottle together, sealing the bottle opening, then placing the sealed bottle in a constant-temperature oven, and carrying out heat preservation for a period of time; and 3, drying: taking out the SiO2 aerogel heat-insulating composite material treated in the step 2 from the sealed bottle, putting the SiO2 aerogel heat-insulating composite material into a muffle furnace, heating to a certain temperature interval, and preserving heat to remove the hydrophobic reagent and reaction byproducts on the surface and in the material, thereby obtaining the high-temperature-resistant hydrophobic SiO2 aerogel heat-insulating composite material. The material has consistent and good hydrophobicity at the temperature below 500 DEG C, and on the basis of not changing the nanopore structure, the heat conductivity of the material is reduced, and the heat insulation and heat preservation performance of the material is effectively improved.
