Concrete chromium reducing agent
The invention discloses a concrete chromium reducing agent. A preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing Ce-Ni composite oxide powder; 2) treating the Ce-Ni composite oxide powder with an aqueous solution of tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane, dopamine hydrochloride and boric acid, and then calcining in an argon protection atmosphere to obtain solid-phase powder A; 3) respectively adding 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane and ammonia water into an aqueous solution of ethanol to treat the solid-phase powder A so as to obtain solid-phase powder B; and 4) preparing an ethanol solution of tetraethylenepentamine, and treating the solid-phase powder B to obtain the concrete chromium reducing agent. The chromium removal agent prepared by the invention can obviously reduce the content of water-soluble chromium (VI) in concrete, reduce the toxicity of the concrete, reduce the pollution of the concrete to the environment or water, and improve the safety and practicability of the concrete.
本发明公开了一种混凝土降铬剂,制备步骤包括:1)制备Ce‑Ni复合氧化物粉末;2)用三羟甲基氨基甲烷的水溶液、盐酸多巴胺和硼酸处理Ce‑Ni复合氧化物粉末,然后在氩气保护氛围中煅烧,获得固相粉末A;3)乙醇的水溶液中,分别加入3‑巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷、氨水处理固相粉末A,获得固相粉末B;4)配置四亚乙基五胺的乙醇溶液处理固相粉末B,获得所述混凝土降铬剂。本发明制备的除铬剂能够显著降低混凝土中的水溶性铬(VI)含量,降低混凝土的毒性,减少混凝土对环境或水的污染,提高混凝土安全性和实用性。
