Hexavalent chromium reducing composition and reducing agent thereof
The invention relates to the field of cement additives, in particular to a hexavalent chromium reducing composition and a reducing agent thereof. The hexavalent chromium reducing composition is at least prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 25 to 40 parts of ferrite, 7 to 15 parts of stannous salt, 2 to 8 parts of manganese salt, 5 to 10 parts of a polycarboxylate water reducing agent and 10 to 20 parts of lignosulfonate with the sulfonation degree of 0.48 to 0.70. The hexavalent chromium reducing composition provided by the invention is non-toxic, tasteless, non-corrosiveand stable in chemical performance, can maintain very stable performance for different mills and clinkers, not only solves the problems of unstable ferrous ion reduction, easy moisture absorption andthe like, but also can improve the storage stability of the hexavalent chromium reducing composition and improve the strength of cement.
