The invention discloses a torpedo ladle opening pouring body made of a composite material and a construction method of the torpedo ladle opening pouring body. The pouring body is formed by combining a refractory castable layer on a tapping surface and a refractory castable layer on a non-tapping surface. The refractory castable layer of the tapping surface is prepared from the following raw materials: sintered mullite, titanium corundum, brown fused alumina powder, pyrophyllite powder, silica powder, silicon carbide powder, steel fibers, aluminate cement and a water reducing agent; the refractory castable layer of the non-tapping surface is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: a high-aluminum composite material, a mullite composite material, pyrophyllite powder, silica powder, steel fibers, aluminate cement and a water reducing agent. The prepared tank opening casting body has good erosion resistance, scouring resistance and thermal shock resistance, and the service life of the tank opening casting material can be prolonged.
本发明公开了一种复合材质的鱼雷罐罐口浇注体及其施工方法,所述浇注体由出铁面的耐火浇注料层和非出铁面的耐火浇注料层组合而成;所述出铁面的耐火浇注料层的原料由烧结莫来石、钛刚玉、棕刚玉粉、叶蜡石粉、硅微粉、碳化硅粉、钢纤维、铝酸盐水泥和减水剂组成,所述非出铁面的耐火浇注料层的原料按重量百分比计由高铝复合料、莫来石复合料、叶蜡石粉、硅微粉、钢纤维、铝酸盐水泥和减水剂组成。本发明制备的罐口浇注体具有良好的抗侵蚀性、耐冲刷性及热震稳定性,能提高罐口浇注料的使用寿命。
