Geotechnical cloth is laid at the bottom of the flood drainage channel, a bottom gabion net cage is placed on the geotechnical cloth, a left gabion net cage is placed on the left side above the bottom gabion net cage, and a right gabion net cage is placed on the right side above the bottom gabion net cage; the tops of the right gabion net cage and the left gabion net cage are aligned with the top of the flood drainage channel; filling pebbles are filled in the bottom gabion net cage, the left gabion net cage and the right gabion net cage; backfill soil is arranged between the bottom gabion net cage and the left side gabion net cage and the left slope of the flood drainage channel, and backfill soil is arranged between the bottom gabion net cage and the right side gabion net cage and the right slope of the flood drainage channel; and a geomembrane is arranged between the backfill soil and the net cage. The method is reasonable in design and convenient to implement, and the problem of water and soil loss caused by flushing of the flood drainage channel slope bank can be effectively prevented; and the construction safety and effectiveness of the flood drainage channel and the flood bank can be guaranteed simultaneously. The method is especially suitable for the northwest region frost heaving soil environment.
