The invention relates to a rapid immersed tunnel construction method based on flat ground pipe joint prefabrication, which comprises the following steps of: directly prefabricating an immersed pipe joint on the flat ground, jacking through a jack pre-buried at the bottom of the side wall of the immersed pipe joint after prefabrication, and assisting in translation of the pipe joint in a manner of loading an inflatable airbag at the bottom of the pipe joint after jacking. When the immersed tube section is translated to a water area near a prefabrication site, the tube section is transferred from the land to the water area through a matched lifting mechanism, then the tube section is hauled to a sinking position for sinking butt joint, and finally the immersed tube tunnel is formed. According to the rapid construction method for the immersed tunnel, excavation of a large temporary dry dock is not needed, the engineering amount is small, the construction period is short, the engineering cost is low, the occupied area of a prefabrication site is small, the site selection difficulty is low, the construction method adaptability is high, earthwork excavation is not needed in the pipe joint prefabrication process, and the influence on the urban environment is small.
本发明涉及一种基于平地管节预制的沉管隧道快速建造方法,该方法中沉管管节直接在平地进行预制,预制完成后通过预埋于沉管管节侧墙底部的千斤顶进行顶升,顶升后通过在管节底部加载充气气囊的方式辅助管节平移,当沉管管节平移至预制场地附近水域时,通过配套设置的升降机构,实现管节由陆地转移至水域中,然后将管节拖运至沉放位置进行沉放对接,最终形成沉管隧道。本发明所述的沉管隧道快速建造方法,无需开挖大型临时干坞,工程量小,工期短,工程费用低,且预制场地占地面积小,选址难度低,工法适应性强,管节预制过程中,无需开挖土方,对城市环境影响小。
