The invention relates to a thermal insulation wall and a manufacturing method thereof and a building, the thermal insulation wall comprises a main board and a thermal insulation board arranged in the main board, the main board is only formed by pouring an ultrahigh-strength concrete material, and the main board is sequentially provided with a first prefabricated layer, a middle layer and a second prefabricated layer in the thickness direction of the thermal insulation wall; the middle layer is formed by integrally connecting a plurality of longitudinal ribs and a plurality of transverse ribs which are crisscrossed, the longitudinal ribs and the transverse ribs are crisscrossed to form a cavity, the insulation board is embedded in the cavity, and the longitudinal ribs and the transverse ribs are connected with the first prefabricated layer and the second prefabricated layer. Therefore, the use amount of reinforcing steel bars and manpower consumption can be saved, the production cost can be greatly reduced, the thickness of the structural layer (namely the first prefabricated layer and the second prefabricated layer) can be greatly reduced and the thickness of the heat-insulating plate can be increased under the condition of the heat-insulating wall body with the same thickness, so that the heat-insulating performance of the heat-insulating wall body is greatly improved, and the service life of the heat-insulating wall body is prolonged. And the weight of the thermal insulation wall body can be further reduced.
本发明涉及一种保温墙体及其制造方法、建筑物,包括:主板和设于主板内部的保温板,其中:所述主板仅由超高强度混凝土材料浇筑形成,沿着所述保温墙体的厚度方向依次具有第一预制层、中间层和第二预制层;所述中间层由纵横交错的多个纵肋和多个横肋一体连接形成,所述纵肋和所述横肋交错形成腔体,所述腔体内嵌设有所述保温板,所述纵肋和所述横肋均连接所述第一预制层和所述第二预制层。如此一来不仅可节约钢筋使用量及人力消耗,可大幅降低生产成本,并且在同样厚度的保温墙体的条件小可以大幅减小结构层(即第一预制层和第二预制层)厚度,增加保温板的厚度,从而大幅提高保温墙体的保温隔热性能,并可进一步减轻保温墙体的重量。
