The invention provides a building wall insulation board and a manufacturing method thereof.The manufacturing method includes the steps that raw materials are weighed according to the proportion and put into a stirrer to be mixed and stirred to be uniform, and a mixture is obtained; adding distilled water into the mixture, and continuously stirring for 55 minutes by using the stirrer to obtain slurry; and finally, pouring the slurry into a mold, carrying out compression molding by using a compression molding machine, and naturally curing for 24 hours to obtain the building wall insulation board. The building wall thermal insulation board prepared by the invention has better thermal insulation effect and mechanical properties.
本发明提供了一种建筑墙体保温板材及其制造方法，该制造方法先按照配比称原料放入搅拌机内混合并搅拌均匀，得到混合物；然后向混合物中加入蒸馏水，用搅拌机继续搅拌55min，得到浆料；最后将浆料倒入模具内使用压制成型机压制成型，自然养护24h，得到所述建筑墙体保温板材。本发明制备的建筑墙体保温板材的保温效果和机械力学性能更佳。
