The invention provides a raw coal bunker slip form system which comprises a lifting frame, a top frame and supporting rods and is characterized in that the supporting rods are arranged, the supporting rods are phi 25 special supporting rods which are embedded in concrete and are not recycled any more, the first section of supporting rod has four lengths, namely 2.5 m, 3.5 m, 4.5 m and 5.5 m, joints are staggered in the using process according to the standard requirement, and the supporting rods are connected with the lifting frame. The number of joints at each horizontal section does not exceed 25% of the total number, the perpendicularity of the installed supporting rods is guaranteed, after the supporting rods are placed according to the position of the lifting frame, a hydraulic system is checked to be qualified, the jacks can penetrate into the corresponding supporting rods, and the whole slip form lifting device is installed. The clamping groove in the top end of one supporting rod can be in threaded connection with the clamping piece at the bottom of the other supporting rod through an M16 thread, the connecting length is about 25-30 mm, the convenience of the supporting rods 6 during butt joint is improved, and the connecting position needs to be welded and polished after butt joint.
本发明新型提供一种原煤仓滑模系统,包括提升架、顶架和支撑杆,本发明新型设置有支撑杆,支撑杆采用埋入砼内不再回收的Φ25专用支撑杆,第一节支承杆要有四种长度,即2.5、3.5、4.5、5.5m四种,在使用过程中按规范要求错开接头,每一水平断面处接头数不应超过总根数的25%,安装的支撑杆保证垂直度,支撑杆按提升架位置放好后,液压系统又经检查合格,即可将千斤顶穿入对应的支撑杆,整个滑模提升装置即告安装完毕,支撑杆顶端的卡槽可以与另一个支撑杆底部的卡合件采用M16螺纹螺纹连接,连接长度约为25~30mm,提高支撑杆6在对接时的便捷性,且在对接后需要对连接位置进行焊接并打磨。
