A work content determination system (20) determines the work content of a construction machine (100) at a work site. The work content determination system (20) is provided with: an imaging device (30) for acquiring an image including the work site of the construction machine (100); and an image processing device (40) that determines the work content of the construction machine (100) and outputs the work content on the basis of changes in the time series of the images acquired by the imaging device (30).
作业内容判断系统（20）对工程机械（100）在作业现场的作业内容进行判断。该作业内容判断系统（20）具备：用于获取包含所述工程机械（100）在所述作业现场的图像的摄像装置（30）；以及，基于通过所述摄像装置（30）获取到的所述图像的时间序列的变化，判断所述工程机械（100）的所述作业内容并输出该作业内容的图像处理装置（40）。
