To provide a work content determination system capable of determining a work content of a construction machine without the need to mount, on the construction machine, a new sensor for determining the work content of the construction machine or by limiting the need to mount the new sensor on the construction machine to a minimum.SOLUTION: A work content determination system 20 determiners a work content of a construction machine 100 at a work site. This work content determination system 20 comprises: an imaging device 30 that acquires an image including the construction machine 100 at the work site; and an image processing device 40 that determines the work content of the construction machine 100 on the basis of a time-sequential change of the image acquired by the imaging device 30, and outputs the work content.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
