The method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing 60-80% by mass of stone chips, 10% by mass of silt, 5-20% by mass of machine-made sand and 5-10% by mass of gobi sand; 2, stone chips, silt, machine-made sand and gobi sand are added into a preparation device together; step 3, evaporating and removing moisture of the material at high temperature; 4, a second motor is started to drive a crushing roller to rotate, and the rotating crushing roller is used for crushing the materials; 5, screening the crushed composite dry sand by using a screen with the fineness modulus of 3; and 6, a fifth motor is started to drive the first conveying belt to move.
