The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant quartz sand composite material, which comprises the following raw materials by weight: 100 parts of quartz sand, 7-10 parts of resin, 1 part of a curing agent, 1.5 parts of a flexibilizer and 0.25-0.3 part of a coupling agent, the curing agent is 4-methylimidazole, the flexibilizer is polypropylene, and the coupling agent is a KH550 silane coupling agent. The invention further discloses a preparation process of the high-temperature-resistant quartz sand composite material. The high-temperature-resistant quartz sand composite material provided by the invention is simple in manufacturing process, the coating effect, the high temperature resistance and the compression and breaking strength of the resin on the surface of the quartz sand are improved by determining the components and the cost ratio of the quartz sand composite material, and the finished product is subjected to dry vacuum packaging and is convenient to transport, the abrasion and falling of the resin in the transportation process are avoided, and the construction is convenient.
