The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, uniformly mixing the slag powder, the fly ash and the composite activator to obtain a first mixture, uniformly mixing other raw materials of the decoked fibrilia to obtain a second mixture, then uniformly mixing the first mixture, the second mixture and the decoked fibrilia to obtain premixed mortar, and then performing construction. According to the ready-mixed mortar for the green building, through the synergistic effect of the raw materials, the ready-mixed mortar has the advantage of improving the strength.
