Premixed mortar for green building construction
The invention discloses premixed mortar for green building construction. The premixed mortar is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 90 to 110 parts of Portland cement, 15 to 25 parts of granulated blast furnace slag, 20 to 30 parts of plant fiber reinforced composite material, 15 to 25 parts of waste glass fiber reinforced plastic fiber, 55 to 70 parts of slow-release heat-absorbing material, 4 to 8 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, 0.5 to 2 parts of water reducing agent and 90 to 110 parts of water. The granulated blast-furnace slag and the waste glass fiber reinforced plastic fiber used in the invention are used for recycling waste materials, so that the construction waste and the slag are effectively turned into wealth, the environment-friendly effect is realized, and the cost is reduced; by adding the plant fiber reinforced composite material, the toughness of plant fibers is fully utilized, crack propagation is reduced, the mechanical property is improved, materials are easy to obtain, manufacturing is easy, construction is convenient, and the cost is low. Through matching of the raw materials, the cement product has good mechanical strength performance and is not prone to cracking.
