Preparation method of doped bismuth ferrite-barium titanate-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramic material
The invention discloses a two-step sintering preparation method of doped bismuth ferrite-barium titanate-based leadless piezoelectric ceramic, and belongs to the field of leadless piezoelectric ceramic materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: calculating and weighing according to a chemical formula (1-x) Bi < 1-y > M < y > Fe < 1-z > N < z > O < 3-x > BaTiO3, ball-milling and mixing, drying, sieving, putting into an aluminum oxide crucible, and pre-sintering at 780-950 DEG C for 2-12 hours to obtain pre-sintered powder; performing secondary ball milling, drying at 70-120 DEG C, sieving dried powder, adding 2wt% of polyvinyl alcohol, fully grinding and granulating, and putting the granulated powder into a mold for compression molding; and putting the ceramic blank into a muffle furnace, heating to 300-440 DEG C, discharging glue for 1-2 hours, heating to 950-1050 DEG C, preserving heat for 1-2 minutes, cooling to 900-1000 DEG C, sintering for 6-10 hours, and cooling to room temperature along with the furnace to prepare the required ceramic. According to the two-step sintering method, by ingeniously controlling the two-step sintering temperature and the heat preservation time, the generation temperature interval of an impure phase in the bismuth ferrite-barium titanate-based ceramic can be avoided, and the prepared ceramic is good in crystallinity, uniform in component, small in crystal grain, low in dielectric loss and excellent in insulativity and piezoelectric property.
一种掺杂型铁酸铋‑钛酸钡基无铅压电陶瓷的两步烧结制备方法,属于无铅压电陶瓷材料领域。所述制备方法按化学式(1‑x)Bi1‑yMyFe1‑zNzO3‑xBaTiO3计算称量,球磨混料,烘干,过筛后置于氧化铝坩埚中,在780~950℃下预烧2~12h得到预烧粉;然后进行二次球磨,再于70~120℃烘干,过筛干燥粉中加入2wt%浓度的聚乙烯醇并充分研磨造粒,造粒粉放入模具中压制成型;将陶瓷坯体置于马弗炉中升温至300~440℃,排胶1~2h后,升温至950~1050℃,保温1~2min,降温至900~1000℃,烧结6~10h,随炉冷却至室温,制备所需陶瓷。本发明涉及的两步烧结法通过巧妙控制两步烧结温度和保温时间,能避开铁酸铋‑钛酸钡基陶瓷中杂相的生成温度区间,所制备的陶瓷的结晶性良好、成分均匀、晶粒细小、介电损耗低、绝缘性和压电性能优异。
