The invention provides an ultrahigh aqueduct local dismantling and rebuilding system and a construction method. An outer formwork supporting plate can move along a supporting plate sliding groove under the action of a lateral position adjusting body; an inner mold connecting plate is arranged in the middle of the aqueduct inner mold, and lateral position control pressure can be provided for the aqueduct inner mold through a wedge-shaped pressing plate; aqueduct top mold position control is conducted through the top mold position control body; the aqueduct to be cleared is hoisted and removed through a supporting hanging bracket; an aqueduct positioning device is adopted to control the position of the section aqueduct; connecting tenon ribs and post-cast connecting tenons are additionally arranged at the connecting parts of the connecting cross beams and the segment aqueducts; overhanging drainage pipes and permeable filling bodies are laid in the rear drainage grooves, and connecting anchor bars, joint grouting bodies and joint waterproof strips are arranged at the joints of the segment aqueducts and the reserved aqueducts; a joint sealing body, a tongue-and-groove tenon, a tongue-and-groove groove and a connecting anchor bar are arranged at the joint of the segment aqueduct, and fastening tension can be applied to the segment aqueduct through a pre-stressed anchor bolt. The construction efficiency can be improved, the aqueduct rebuilding construction quality is improved, and the traffic influence is reduced.
本发明提供一种超高渡槽局部拆除复建体系及施工方法,外模撑板可在侧向调位体作用下沿撑板滑槽移动;在渡槽内模中部设置内模连接板,并可通过楔形压板对渡槽内模提供侧向控位压力;通过顶模控位体进行渡槽顶模控位;采用支撑吊架吊除待清除渡槽;采用渡槽定位装置对节段渡槽的位置进行控制;在连接横梁与节段渡槽相接部位增设连接隼筋和后浇连接隼;在后排水槽内铺设悬挑排水管和透水填充体,在节段渡槽与留用渡槽接缝处设置了连接锚筋、接缝注浆体和接缝防水条;在节段渡槽接缝处设置接缝密闭体、企口凸隼、企口凹槽和连接锚筋,并可通过预应力锚栓对节段渡槽施加紧固拉力。本发明可提高施工效率、改善渡槽复建施工质量、减小交通影响。
