The invention provides a dismantling method for a river-crossing double-cantilever aqueduct structure. The dismantling method comprises the following steps that firstly, blasting sections are divided; the aqueduct structure is divided into a left blasting section, a river-crossing blasting section and a right blasting section from left to right; 2, dividing blasting areas of all the blasting sections; thirdly, blast holes in all the blasting areas are constructed; step 4, charging explosives in each blast hole and installing a detonating element; 5, mounting a detonating network of each blasting section; step 6, detonating; the river-crossing blasting section is firstly detonated, then the left blasting section and the right blasting section are detonated by adopting a delayed detonating technology, the detonating direction of the left blasting section is from left to right, and the detonating direction of the right blasting section is from right to left; and 7, checking after explosion. According to the method, the construction efficiency of dismantling the river-crossing double-cantilever aqueduct structure is improved.
