The invention discloses a construction method of a super high-rise building engineering tube well stand pipe. The method has the beneficial effects that the pipeline construction working face is fixed, a series of work such as welding and connecting is only carried out at the two-layer floor pipe well, and safety accidents caused by personnel operation are greatly avoided; the pipeline hoisting adopts an inverted construction sequence, so that the potential safety hazard of horizontal transportation of each layer of the pipeline is greatly avoided, the horizontal transportation of the pipeline is only arranged on the first layer, the vertical transportation is only limited in a construction tube well, and the influence surface is small; the vertical hoisting distance of the pipeline is short; due to the fact that the upside-down method is adopted for construction, the distance for vertically lifting the vertical pipe every time is only the distance of one pipeline, the risk that the pipeline falls off is greatly reduced, even if the pipeline falls off, the vertical distance is only the height of one layer, and great danger cannot be caused.
