The invention relates to a building vacuum sewerage system which comprises a water collecting tank used for containing domestic sewage discharged from a building; a liquid level height sensor and a pressure sensor are arranged on the inner wall of the water collecting tank, the liquid level height sensor detects the height of the water level in the water collecting tank, and the pressure sensor detects the position of a separation line of solid matter and liquid in the water collecting tank; and the central control unit is used for adjusting the opening degree of the first valve and the working power of the pump machine according to data of the liquid level height sensor, and determining the rotating speed of the crushing mechanism according to the ratio of the height of the solid-liquid separation line to the water level height. By adjusting the opening degree of the first valve and the working power of the pump, the water level height of domestic sewage entering the water collecting tank meets the requirement, liquid leakage is effectively avoided when solids in the water collecting tank are crushed, the situation that the domestic sewage is pumped into an adjusting pipeline through the pump and can smoothly pass through the adjusting pipeline is prevented, and the service life of the domestic sewage is prolonged. And thus, the working efficiency of the sewerage system is improved.
