The invention discloses an exterior facade supporting frame for building construction and a using method thereof.The exterior facade supporting frame comprises an upper clamping mechanism and a lower clamping mechanism which are arranged on a window in a matched mode, a locking mechanism is arranged between the two clamping mechanisms, and a supporting device facilitating standing of workers is jointly arranged on the same sides of the two clamping mechanisms; through the supporting plate, a supporting point can be provided when a worker works on the outer vertical face, linear movement of the movable plate is achieved through operation of the feet on the movable plate, operation is easy and convenient, meanwhile, the safety of outdoor work of the worker is improved, and the work quality can be improved as the included angles between the window and the outer vertical face are different. The included angle between the supporting plate and the mounting plate can be adjusted, and convenience is achieved.
