The invention relates to the field of solid waste resource utilization, in particular to saw mud-based ceramic aggregate as well as a preparation method and application thereof. In order to solve the problem of high water absorption rate of aggregate containing heavy metal contaminated soil in the prior art and the limitation that a binder needs to be added in the process of preparing the aggregate from a stone saw mud material, the invention provides the preparation method of the saw mud-based ceramic aggregate, and in the preparation method, the binder is not needed to be used; according to the present invention, the stone sawing mud material can be promoted to be prepared into the complete aggregate by using the high-strength concrete, the water absorption rate of the obtained aggregate is low and is only 0.76-4.33%, and the high strength of the prepared aggregate is 17.24-30.82 MPa so as to meet the use requirements.
本发明涉及固体废弃物资源化利用领域,具体涉及一种锯泥基瓷化骨料及其制备方法和应用。为了解决现有技术存在的含有重金属污染土壤的骨料吸水率高的问题,以及石材锯泥材料制备骨料过程中需要添加粘结剂的限制,本发明提出一种锯泥基瓷化骨料的制备方法,在该制备方法中,无需使用粘结剂,就能促进石材锯泥材料制备完整骨料,并且得到的骨料吸水率较低,仅为0.76~4.33%,同时制备得到的骨料同高强度为17.24~30.82MPa,满足使用要求。
