Expanded porous porcelainized aggregate acoustic board as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses an expanded porous porcelainized aggregate acoustic board and a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that phosphorus mud, waste incineration fly ash and steel slag are dried and subjected to ball milling, and then powder is obtained; uniformly mixing the powder of each raw material with the expanding agent in proportion, adding water, mixing and granulating to prepare an aggregate biscuit; and stacking the aggregate biscuit in a mold to form a plate shape, then drying the plate shape along with the mold, preheating at 400-500 DEG C, heating to 1100-1200 DEG C, sintering, and quenching after sintering to obtain the expanded porous porcelainized aggregate acoustic board. The aggregate acoustic board prepared by the invention has the excellent performances of high porosity, light weight, high compressive strength, good fire resistance and the like, and can simultaneously realize low carbon emission and solid waste resource utilization in the preparation process.
本发明公开了一种膨胀多孔瓷化骨料吸声板及其制备方法与应用,制备方法,包括如下步骤:将磷泥、垃圾焚烧飞灰和钢渣经干燥、球磨后获得粉料;将各原料的粉料按比例与膨胀剂混合均匀,加水混合造粒,制得骨料素坯;将骨料素坯堆置于模具中形成板状,然后将其随同模具一起干燥、在400‑500℃预热后,升温至1100‑1200℃进行烧结,烧结完成后进行急冷,即得膨胀多孔瓷化骨料吸声板。本发明制备的骨料吸声板具有高孔隙率、质轻、抗压强度高、耐火性好等优异性能,在制备过程中能够同时实现低碳排放以及固废资源化利用。
