The invention discloses a sintering method of a soft magnetic ferrite blank, a pad burning sheet for sintering and a manufacturing method of the pad burning sheet. The sintering method of the soft magnetic ferrite blank comprises the manufacturing method of the pad burning sheet for sintering the soft magnetic ferrite blank, and the pad burning sheet prepared by adopting the manufacturing method of the pad burning sheet for sintering the soft magnetic ferrite blank. Comprising the steps of selecting a forming mold, determining the pressing thickness of a pad burning sheet, obtaining forming powder with the corresponding weight, dry-pressing and forming the pad burning sheet, dry-pressing and forming a blank to be sintered, placing the pad burning sheet on a burning bearing plate or a bowl body, stacking the blank on the pad burning sheet, sintering and the like. Not only is the appearance crystallization or adhesion condition of the bottommost magnetic core adjacent to the burning bearing plate avoided, but also the problem that sand is embedded into a blank due to the adoption of emery, and gravel on the magnetic core is difficult to clean after burning is avoided; and the problem of low performance of the bottom magnetic core after sintering caused by partial reaction due to direct contact with other sundries (a burning bearing plate and emery) is also avoided.
本发明公开了一种软磁铁氧体坯件烧结方法、烧结用垫烧片及其制造方法,软磁铁氧体坯件烧结方法包含了软磁铁氧体坯件烧结用垫烧片的制造方法,采用了软磁铁氧体坯件烧结用垫烧片的制造方法制备的垫烧片。包括:选择成型模具、确定垫烧片的压制厚度、获取相应重量的成型粉料、干压成型垫烧片、干压成型待烧结坯件、垫烧片置于承烧板或钵体上并在垫烧片上码放坯件、烧结等步骤。不仅避免最下面一只与承烧板相邻的磁心的外观结晶或出现粘连情况,而且避免因采用刚玉砂导致的砂子嵌入坯件、烧后不易清理磁心上的砂砾的问题,还避免了因与其它杂物(承烧板、刚玉砂)直接接触会部分产生反应导致烧结后底部磁心性能低的问题。
