The invention discloses a method for adjusting a height-adjusting force-measuring device cluster based on force and displacement dual control, and relates to the field of stress monitoring/detection. Comprising the following steps: S1, collecting pressure or tensile force and elevation or displacement of a height-adjusting and force-measuring device; s2, comparing the pressure, the tension and the elevation of the height-adjusting and force-measuring device with corresponding permissible values; s3, determining a to-be-adjusted height-adjusting force measuring device; s4, adjusting the elevation or displacement of the to-be-adjusted height-adjusting force measuring device, and monitoring the pressure or tension and elevation or displacement of the to-be-adjusted height-adjusting force measuring device and the height-adjusting force measuring device associated with the to-be-adjusted height-adjusting force measuring device; and repeating the steps S2-S4 until the pushing pressure or pulling force, elevation or displacement of all the height-adjusting force-measuring devices is within an allowable range. While the pressure or elevation of the height-adjusting and force-measuring device is adjusted, the pressure and elevation corresponding to the height-adjusting and force-measuring device are monitored, and it can be ensured that the stress of the bridge support and the elevation of the end of the bridge are both within the allowable range.
