The invention provides a large-span PC box girder bridge reinforcing structure which comprises a web plate and bottom plate reinforcing structure and a top plate reinforcing structure, the web plate and bottom plate reinforcing structure comprises a steel plate, a first low-shrinkage UHPC layer and a second low-shrinkage UHPC layer, the steel plate and the surface of an original concrete box girder are arranged in a spaced mode, and the space between the surface of the original concrete box girder and the steel plate is filled with the first low-shrinkage UHPC layer; the original concrete box girder is connected with the first low-shrinkage UHPC layer by implanting a first rigid connecting piece, and the first low-shrinkage UHPC layer is connected with the steel plate through a second rigid connecting piece; the top plate reinforcing structure comprises a third rigid connecting piece implanted into the surface of the original top plate, a reinforcing mesh laid on the surface of the original top plate and a second low-shrinkage UHPC layer poured on the surface of the reinforcing mesh. According to the large-span PC box girder bridge reinforcing structure, effective bonding with an original bridge structure is achieved, the structural rigidity and the anti-bending and anti-shearing bearing capacity are remarkably improved after reinforcing, and the construction simplicity and the economic and environment-friendly performance are good. The invention further provides a large-span PC box girder bridge reinforcing method.
