The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, and discloses a construction foundation treatment method for a region with a liquefied soil bearing stratum, which comprises the following steps: 1) digging an upper foundation pit earthwork; (2) vacuum preloading treatment is conducted on the inner bottom face of the foundation pit, and then quantitative loading is applied; (3) a plurality of foundation piles are constructed downwards on the inner bottom face of the foundation pit, and the pile tops of the foundation piles do not exceed the inner bottom face of the foundation pit; 4) digging out bearing stratum soil bodies among the foundation piles; and (5) a reinforced cushion layer is additionally arranged between the foundation piles. According to the method for treating the building foundation in the area with the liquefied soil bearing layer, when the building foundation in the area with the liquefied soil bearing layer is treated, the liquefied soil layer in the foundation pit is replaced and filled with gravel, then the reinforced cushion layer is additionally arranged, and the foundation is compacted and compacted, so that the compactness change of the foundation is small when the foundation is vibrated, and the liquefaction phenomenon cannot occur, and therefore, the construction efficiency is improved.
