The invention discloses a foundation treatment method for a reclamation stratum. The foundation treatment method comprises the steps that a to-be-treated area is determined; a shallow groove is excavated in the to-be-treated area; the groove wall of the shallow groove extends in the vertical direction. A mobile production platform located on the sea is built, and the mobile production platform communicates with the shallow groove through a pipeline; milling the groove downwards along the groove wall of the shallow groove to form a deep groove and generate geologic body particles; cement paste is prepared through the movable production platform, and the cement paste is poured into the deep groove through the pipeline within the designed distance; and mixing the cement paste and the geologic body particles in the deep groove to form a reinforced wall body. When the reclamation stratum is reinforced, the total amount of spoil and spoil is small, and environment friendliness is achieved; in addition, preparation of the cement paste is completed on the mobile production platform arranged on the sea, the land occupation area of land construction is reduced, and therefore the problem that the construction site is limited during sea reclamation foundation treatment is solved.
