The slope surface protection structure and the slope surface reinforcing structure are combined on the slope surface of the to-be-treated slope, the drainage ditch is formed in the slope top, meanwhile, the slope retaining wall is constructed at the slope toe, multiple measures are adopted for treating the to-be-treated slope, multiple protection and reinforcement on the to-be-treated slope are achieved, and the stability of the to-be-treated slope is guaranteed.
