To provide a renovation fixture that can improve workability of new frames without being affected by the conditions of existing frames and is equipped with a function to forcibly discharge the inside air to outside.SOLUTION: A renovation fixture is fitted to an existing frame installed at an opening of a building and comprises: a new frame that is constituted by assembling the periphery; an air exhaustion function that is installed on the outer periphery of the new frame and forcibly discharges the inside air to outside: and an attachment frame that is, as a periphery assembly, fitted on the outer periphery side of the new frame with the air exhaustion function contained, and with that condition, is fitted on the inner periphery side of the existing frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
