High-strength composite insulation board production process and equipment thereof
The invention discloses a high-strength composite insulation board production process which comprises the following steps: step 1, firstly selecting an exterior facing board with a proper thickness, then cutting the exterior facing board by using a cutting machine, and then cutting two exterior facing boards with the same shape and size for later use; and 2, polyurethane foam plastic with the proper thickness is selected as an outer layer heat preservation material, then the cutting machine is used again for cutting the polyurethane foam plastic, and then two polyurethane foam plastic boards with the same shape and size as the outer veneer are cut out for standby application. Step 3, selecting Portland cement, gypsum, inorganic fiber and bamboo charcoal with proper weight; the manufactured heat insulation board is high in strength and can be directly used for construction work of heat insulation buildings, meanwhile, the equipment can rapidly and accurately complete extrusion forming work, and meanwhile a user can conveniently take materials.
本发明公开了一种高强度复合保温板生产工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤1:首先选用合适厚度的外饰面板材,然后使用切割机对外饰面板材进行切割,继而切割处两块形状大小相同的外饰面板待用。步骤2:然后选用合适厚度的聚氨酯泡沫塑料作为外层保温材料,接着再次使用切割机对聚氨酯泡沫塑料进行切割,继而切割出两片与外饰面板形状大小相同的聚氨酯泡沫塑料板待用。步骤3:接着选用合适重量的硅酸盐水泥、石膏、无机纤维和竹炭。本发明制造的保温板强度高,可以直接用于保温建筑的建造工作,同时本发明中的设备可以快速准确的完成挤压成型工作,同时还方便了用户进行取料工作。
