Thermal insulation composite board and production process thereof
The invention discloses a heat insulation composite board and a production process thereof. The heat-insulation composite board comprises a base material layer, a heat-insulation flame-retardant coating, a panel layer and a waterproof coating, the heat-insulation flame-retardant coating is located on one side of the base material layer, one side of the panel layer is attached to the heat-insulation flame-retardant coating, and the other side of the panel layer is coated with the waterproof coating; the heat-insulating and flame-retardant coating is formed by coating a heat-insulating and flame-retardant coating; according to the heat-insulating and flame-retardant coating, a chemical modification mode is adopted, a flame retardant is grafted to polyamide nanofibers, then the nanofibers are used for modifying silicon dioxide aerogel, and the prepared modified coating has good flame retardance, heat insulation, heat preservation and mechanical performance; and finally, the thermal insulation composite board prepared by a hot press molding process has excellent flame retardance, thermal insulation, heat preservation, water resistance and mechanical properties.
本发明公开了一种隔热复合板及其生产工艺。本发明提供的隔热复合板,包括基材层、隔热阻燃涂层、面板层和防水涂层,隔热阻燃涂层位于基材层的一侧,面板层一侧贴覆于隔热阻燃涂层,防水涂层涂覆于面板层的另一侧;所述隔热阻燃涂层由隔热阻燃涂料涂覆而成;所述隔热阻燃涂料采用化学改性方式,将阻燃剂接枝在聚酰胺纳米纤维上,再利用纳米纤维对二氧化硅气凝胶进行改性,制备出的改性涂料具有较好阻燃、隔热、保温、机械性能;最后经热压成型工艺制备出的隔热复合板,具有优异的阻燃、隔热、保温、防水以及机械性能。
