本发明涉及预制叠合板后浇缝隙钢板封堵模具,侧板与顶板固接为直角构件,侧板与后浇缝底部侧墙固接;顶板与后浇缝侧边的楼板底面相贴,顶板宽度大于后浇缝;顶板与侧板夹角设斜撑;上述预制叠合板后浇缝隙钢板封堵模具的施工方法:具体步骤是:1)先将模具侧板与侧墙相贴,将侧板上的螺栓孔与侧墙预留孔相对应;2)用螺栓将模具与侧墙预固定;3)调整模具水平位置,使模具顶板与楼板底面相贴且位于后浇缝底部,完全固定模具;4)从预制楼板顶部缝隙处注浆,待混凝土定型后拆除本模具即可,本发明将缝隙封堵模板与侧墙固定,解决了预制楼板顶部缝隙处注浆时需要从地面支模板的要反复调整模具的繁琐工序。
