The invention discloses a ceramic tile supporting device and a ceramic tile paving method based on the ceramic tile supporting device. The ceramic tile supporting device comprises a leveling base, a limiting ring and a supporting piece. The leveling base is arranged on the construction ground; the limiting ring is arranged on the leveling base; the supporting piece is arranged on the leveling base and connected with the limiting ring in a sleeving mode. A first open groove is formed in the limiting ring, a second open groove is formed in the supporting piece, the first open groove corresponds to the second open groove in position, and baffles are arranged in the first open groove and the second open groove. According to the ceramic tile laying device, the baffles are arranged in the first open groove and the second open groove, the baffles can be used for forming a structure with the closed periphery, the structure with the closed periphery is filled with foaming polyurethane glue, and then the ceramic tiles to be laid are placed on the ceramic tile supporting device, so that ceramic tile laying is completed.
