Modified inorganic powder material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a modified inorganic powder material which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 75-85 parts of inorganic powder, 3-5 parts of a surface treating agent and 10-15 parts of thermoplastic phenolic resin, the surface treating agent is coated on the surface of the inorganic powder to form a modified layer; the thermoplastic phenolic resin is coated outside the modified layer to form a thermoplastic layer; the inorganic powder contains expansible graphite with the mass fraction of 10-15% and the balance of a mixture of calcium carbonate and a silicon-containing compound; the surface treating agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 30 to 50 percent of dispersing agent and 50 to 70 percent of coupling agent. The technical problems that in the prior art, a fireproof plate prepared by adding inorganic powder into a thermosetting adhesive is complex in forming process, low in mechanical property, poor in fire resistance and difficult to recycle are solved.
