The invention discloses a method for preparing a baking-free brick by using building waste. The building waste baking-free brick is prepared by pressing raw materials including building waste, cement, ball-milled curing powder and large building waste crushed materials. Wherein the mass ratio of each raw material is as follows: 5%-10% of cement, a ball-milling curing agent accounting for 1%-2% of the mass of the cement, 20%-30% of large building waste crushed materials and the balance of building muck; the large building wastes are one or more of building waste bricks, building waste tiles and building waste concrete blocks; the building residue soil comprises soil for slotting construction and chippings except for large building rubbish removed in demolition construction. The preparation method comprises the steps of material preparation, ball-milling curing agent preparation, material mixing, wheel rolling, building block forming and maintenance. The method for preparing the baking-free brick by using the building residue soil has the advantages of low preparation cost and good product quality.
