Wherein the binary solvent and the dispersing agent form a binary solvent system, one of the binary solvents is one of ethanol and n-butyl alcohol, the other of the binary solvents is one of toluene, ethyl acetate and 4-methyl-2-pentanone, the binary solvent system is screened according to the Stokes law, the binary solvent system with the premixed liquid density of 0.823-0.874 g/mL is assembled, and the premixed liquid density of the binary solvent system is 0.823-0.874 g/mL. 一种提高LTCC生瓷带成品产量的制备方法,涉及生瓷带制造技术领域,生瓷带按照重量份数计包括如下原料:58份玻璃粉、33~35份二元溶剂、0.75~2.75份分散剂商用BKY‑110、5份粘结剂聚甲基乙撑碳酸酯(PPC)和1.25份增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,其中二元溶剂和分散剂构成二元溶剂体系,二元溶剂的一种溶剂为乙醇、正丁醇中的一种,另一种溶剂为甲苯、乙酸乙酯、4‑甲基‑2‑戊酮中的一种,二元溶剂体系的组配用斯托克斯定律进行筛选,预混合液密度在0.823~0.874 g/mL的二元溶剂体系组配,浆料沉降速度为2.0136E‑4 cm/s~2.249E‑4 cm/s时进行流延,能实现浆料的长时间悬浮,改善生瓷带流延过程中表面出现波纹和厚度差异大的问题,可制得高良品率的生瓷带。
