High-temperature-resistant and anti-erosion corundum mullite brick and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a high-temperature-resistant and anti-erosion corundum mullite brick and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that coarse and fine aggregate is prepared through the technologies of aluminum-rich slag grinding, casting molding, drying, calcining and crushing, then the fine aggregate is modified through a waste paper pulp solution, and the high-temperature-resistant and anti-erosion corundum mullite brick is obtained; the method comprises the following steps: modifying fine aggregate and coarse aggregate, stirring and mixing the coarse aggregate and the modified fine aggregate under a vacuum condition to enhance the mixing uniformity of the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate, adding a silicon supplementing auxiliary material, uniformly stirring, carrying out extrusion molding, and carrying out drying-high-temperature heat preservation treatment to prepare the corundum-mullite brick. The corundum-mullite brick prepared by the preparation method is relatively high in fracture resistance and compressive strength and enhanced in alkali corrosion resistance, the technological process for preparing the corundum-mullite building material is simplified, the source of the raw materials is enriched, and the cost is reduced.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其是一种耐高温、抗侵蚀刚玉莫来石砖及其制备方法,经采用富铝渣研磨‑浇注成型‑干燥‑煅烧‑破碎工艺制备粗细骨料,再经废纸浆溶液改性处理细骨料,再经真空条件下搅拌混合粗骨料和改性细骨料,增强粗细骨料混合的均匀性,且利用补硅辅料加入搅拌均匀后,挤压成型,再经干燥‑高温保温处理制备成刚玉莫来石砖,充分利用废渣代替已经成型的氧化铝粉、硅微粉等原料,使得所得的刚玉莫来石砖的抗折、抗压强度均较高,且耐碱腐蚀能力增强,简化了刚玉莫来石建筑材料制备的工艺流程和丰富了原料来源,降低了成本。
