The invention provides a bottom sealing structure suitable for a soft plastic muddy riverbed and a construction method of the bottom sealing structure. The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, an original riverbed is subjected to elevation finishing, and steel pipe piles are subjected to underwater treatment; secondly, a geotextile geogrid layer is laid on the cleaned base; thirdly, prefabricated slabs are laid on the geotextile geogrid layer; fourthly, a construction platform is erected; and fifthly, concrete is poured through a double-guide-pipe moving first seal propelling method. By laying the geotextile geogrid layer on the base, an isolation layer can be formed on the base, and the precast slabs not only ensure that the geotextile is attached to the riverbed and the large surface of the base is flat, but also effectively solve the problem of insufficient bearing capacity of the soft plastic muddy riverbed, reduce the influence of concrete impact on the riverbed and ensure the construction quality of bottom sealing concrete. By adopting the double-guide-pipe moving head seal propelling method, the construction efficiency can be greatly improved while the construction quality is met.
