The sand bags are stacked at the material distribution point, concrete falling from the anti-segregation guide pipe can be buffered, the situation that due to impact force, the concrete is mixed with super-thick sludge, the concrete cannot form a compact whole, and consequently the construction quality is affected is prevented, and the movable detection method combining a floating box, a concrete detector and a plumb bob is further adopted. The control precision of the cofferdam bottom sealing elevation is improved, the secondary leveling procedure is reduced, the construction period is shortened, meanwhile, the position of a discharging point is conveniently controlled, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
本发明提供一种围堰封底施工方法,包括以下步骤:对钢围堰内的河床进行清淤处理;在钢围堰的布料点处堆码沙袋,并在沙袋上侧设置防离析导管进行砼浇筑封底;在水面上设置浮箱,在浮箱上设置砼探测仪,通过铅垂线下放砼探测仪的探头,对砼浇筑高度进行实时监测,以控制顶面标高及下料点位置,直至完成围堰封底作业。通过在布料点处堆积沙袋,可以对防离析导管下落的混凝土进行缓冲,防止混凝土由于冲击力与超厚淤泥混合,导致混凝土无法形成致密的整体,从而影响施工质量,进一步通过浮箱、砼探测仪及铅锤结合的移动式探测方法,提高了围堰封底标高控制的精度,减少了二次调平工序,加快施工工期,同时便于控制下料点位置,保证施工质量。
