The multiple sets of blade assemblies are distributed on the chassis frame in the circumferential direction, each set of blade assembly comprises blades and a driving device, the blades are rotationally installed on the supporting frame, an overlapping area is formed between every two adjacent blades, and the driving devices can drive the blades to rotate in the clockwise or anticlockwise direction; the control system comprises a control module and a sensing module, and the control module can control and adjust the driving device to enable the blades to rotate; the sensing module monitors motion parameter information of the blades in real time and feeds back the motion parameter information to the control module, and the control module receives the motion parameter information and corrects the driving device in real time. The rotary shielding device can meet the shielding requirement for any opening degree of the building structure, control external light rays to enter the building structure and enrich the body feeling of indoor personnel.
