The invention discloses an aluminum formwork connecting piece and an aluminum formwork. The aluminum formwork connecting piece comprises a clamping piece, a wedge-shaped inserting block, a pressing rod and a pressing rod driving piece; the clamping piece comprises two transverse plates parallel to each other and a vertical plate connected to one ends of the two transverse plates, so that the clamping piece is of a U-shaped structure, clamping grooves allowing two adjacent side walls of the two aluminum formworks to be clamped in are formed in the clamping piece, wedge-shaped holes are formed in the opening sides, close to the clamping grooves, of the two transverse plates, and the two transverse plates are connected through the wedge-shaped holes. The two wedge-shaped holes in the two transverse plates are correspondingly arranged up and down, the inner hole wall, close to one side of the opening of the clamping groove, of each wedge-shaped hole is an inclined hole wall, and the inner hole wall, away from one side of the opening of the clamping groove, of each wedge-shaped hole is a straight hole wall; the wedge-shaped inserting blocks penetrate through the mounting holes in the side wall of the aluminum diaphragm plate and are inserted into the two corresponding wedge-shaped holes in the two transverse plates; the pressing rod slides towards the wedge-shaped hole in the horizontal direction through the pressing rod driving piece and tightly presses the outer end faces of the two side walls.
