The invention provides a formwork connecting piece and a formwork pouring structure. The formwork connecting piece comprises a first sliding plate, a second sliding plate, a locking pin, a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate. The first sliding plate is provided with a plurality of first positioning holes. The second sliding plate is provided with a plurality of second positioning holes, and the second sliding plate and the first sliding plate are attached and can relatively slide in the length direction. The locking pin is located in the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole which are aligned to lock the relative position of the first sliding plate and the second sliding plate. The first connecting plate is rotatably connected to one end of the first sliding plate, and the first connecting plate is provided with a first connecting hole. The second connecting plate is rotatably connected to one end of the second sliding plate, and the second connecting plate is provided with a second connecting hole. According to the formwork pouring structure and the formwork connecting piece, the effects of facilitating wood plate installation and reinforcing the wood plate are achieved, the wood plate, the first formwork and the second formwork form a stable frame whole, and the stability of the whole structure and the construction efficiency are improved.
