The prepared mortar is good in workability, uniform in component dispersion, high in binding force after hardening and excellent in mechanical property, the comprehensive quality and efficiency are remarkably improved, and the mortar is worthy of application and popularization.
本发明提出了一种复合型混凝土细骨料砂浆及其制备方法,细骨料砂浆,包括胶凝材料、细骨料、拌合水,三者重量比为1:6‑7:1.4‑1.8;其中,胶凝材料采用普通硅酸盐水泥和高岭土组合物,且高岭土于胶凝材料占比至少15vt%,细骨料采用河沙和再生精细骨料组合物,细骨料细度模数为2.0‑3.5,且再生精细骨料于细骨料占比至少30vt%,本发明针对性优化配方并进行合理配制,制得的砂浆和易性好,组分分散均匀,硬化后结合力强且具有优异的力学性能,综合质量和效能显著改善,值得推广应用。
