The invention discloses cement mortar with compression resistance and fracture resistance enhanced by alumina fiber, and relates to the technical field of building material processing, and a preparation method of the cement mortar comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a cementing material; (2) preparing raw materials; (3) dry mixing; (4) ultrasonic dispersion; and (5) pouring. According to the invention, the chopped alumina fibers are added into the cement mortar matrix, so that the defect of poor mechanical properties of traditional mortar can be improved to a certain extent, the generation of cracks is effectively delayed, and the compression resistance and fracture resistance of the cement mortar are improved.
