Novel light-weight heat-preservation fire-resistant material based on talcum powder and production method thereof
The invention discloses a novel lightweight thermal-insulation refractory material based on talcum powder and a production method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of refractory materials, the novel lightweight thermal-insulation refractory material comprises the following components by weight: 100% of talcum powder used as a main material; 50-180% of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate used as a binder and a foaming agent; 0-10% of refractory cement to be used as a curing agent. According to the invention, the good heat insulation performance of the talcum powder is utilized, and a large number of bubbles are generated after the talcum powder and the phosphate are subjected to chemical reaction, so that a novel material which is light in weight, foam-shaped, heat-insulating, fire-resistant and never combustible is formed; the method is simple in production process, convenient to use, free of sintering in the production process and low in energy consumption; the novel material can be subjected to prefabrication molding, field pouring, curing molding and cutting processing; the novel material can be sawed and planed, and has the characteristics of excellent heat preservation, heat insulation, fire resistance and temperature resistance.
本发明公开了一种基于滑石粉做的轻质保温耐火新材料及其生产方法,属于耐火材料技术领域,包括下列重量百分比组份:滑石粉:100%,用以作为主料;磷酸二氢铝:50‑180%,以作为粘结剂兼发泡剂用途;耐火水泥:0‑10%,以作为固化剂用途。本发明利用滑石粉良好的绝热性能,以及滑石粉与磷酸盐在发生化学反应后,产生大量气泡而形成具有轻质泡沫状、保温耐火、永不燃烧的新材料;具有生产工艺简单,使用方便,生产过程不需要烧结,能耗低;该新材料可预制成型、现场灌注、固化成型后切割加工;该新材料可锯可刨,具有优异的保温隔热,耐火耐温的特性。
