The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic metallization, in particular to a ceramic matrix surface metallization coating composition which is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30%-40% of copper, 5%-8% of manganese, 15%-20% of Al2O3 powder, 3.6%-5.6% of TiO2, 3%-5% of nickel, 0.02%-0.1% of rare earth element, 1%-3% of chemical-resistant modifier and the balance of aluminum. The bonding strength of the obtained coating and a base material is 1.5 times or above that of a WC-Co coating, a TiC-Ni coating and an Al-bronze coating, and the coating is not prone to falling off and has excellent abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance.
本发明涉及陶瓷金属化技术领域，具体涉及一种陶瓷基体表面金属化涂层组合物，由以下质量百分比的原料混合所得：铜30%～40%，锰5%～8%，Al2O3粉15%～20%，TiO23.6%～5.6%，镍3%～5%，稀土元素0.02%～0.1%，耐化学品改性剂1%～3%，余量为铝。本发明所得到的涂层与基材的结合强度为WC‑Co涂层、TiC‑Ni涂层、Al‑青铜涂层的1.5倍以上，不易脱落的同时，具有优良的耐磨损性、抗腐蚀性和抗冲击性。
