According to the device, a support does not need to be erected, construction can be directly conducted above a steel box girder box body, the device is particularly suitable for construction under the complex terrain conditions of busy traffic, deep and large river valleys and the like, the investment of site construction machinery can be reduced through the arranged self-propelled walking system, construction is more convenient, and cost is reduced.
