Self-propelled bent cap construction formwork support and construction method thereof
The invention provides a self-propelled capping beam construction formwork support and a construction method thereof.The formwork support comprises a supporting frame assembly, the supporting frame assembly comprises a pair of longitudinal supporting frames which are oppositely arranged in the longitudinal direction in a spaced mode, and each longitudinal supporting frame comprises a pair of supporting column sets which are transversely arranged side by side in a spaced mode; each supporting column set is formed by longitudinally connecting a plurality of vertical stand columns arrayed at intervals, the transversely-opposite vertical stand columns of the pair of supporting column sets are transversely connected, displacement devices used for lifting and moving of the longitudinal supporting frames are arranged at the bottoms of the longitudinal supporting frames, and the pair of longitudinal supporting frames are located on the two longitudinal sides of the pier column. The vertical stand columns on the outer sides of the longitudinal supporting frames stretch out and draw back in the longitudinal direction to form a traveling channel. The supporting frame is automatically controlled to lift, stretch and move through the displacement device, reciprocating disassembly and construction are not needed, and the construction efficiency is high.
